Eat low fat foods : by eating low fat and natural food you will enable your system to concentrate its efforts on the detoxification ; remembering that refined foods overload our body with toxins. Rest and relaxation will enhance the benefits of the massage. However you might at first feel fatigued due to the relaxation of the muscles wich will afterward be replaced by a renewed vitality. |
