I was trained in massage and aromatherapy at New Ham College in London.For the last ten years, I have been developing my massage technique in conjunction with essential oils carefully selected to adapt to the individual needs of my clients.
Swedish massage involves several different types of movement: light touch, kneading, vibrations and pressure points producing relaxing, detoxifying, energizing and balancing effects. Each individual has built up their own resistance to the environment and it is beneficial to know how to let go and reconnect with one’s inner self.
